Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is the careful removal of dead skin build up and peach fuzz using a surgical scalpel. Come as you are!

This facial includes a thorough cleansing, hydrating masque, and light massage. Perfect for creating a smooth canvas for makeup application and occasional refresh of your beautiful skin

This is an 8 week journey into creating your healthiest skin ever. You will receive two Let’s Glo Consultations, one at the beginning of the project, and one at the end, to measure your progress.

You will also receive weekly support, including the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on what may be coming up. I will be checking in weekly and sending you custom skin tips along the way.

This is a commitment, and you must be ready to do the work in order to see the changes you want!

Subconscious Imprinting Technique (S.I.T)

SIT is a 1:1 supportive process that helps to acknowledge and release unprocessed emotions and trauma that are being stored by the body, oftentimes from way back in childhood! They may be causing you to choose destructive behaviors or unwanted patterns, basically holding you back from living out your potential. They may even be preventing you from achieving your healthiest skin - I know, it might sound like a stretch if you are new to this work, but if you keep reading … I'll explain why..

The approach is beauty from within. Glowing skin starts first with the thoughts we have about ourselves, because they influence the many decisions we make that impact our health. Our thoughts and beliefs guide our actions which determine how optimally all of our bodily systems operate, and the state of all of those systems combined show themselves outwardly to us, on our largest organ, the skin.

S.I.T is not for everyone. This process requires you to accept full responsibility for your emotions (yes, oftentimes, the thing that hurt you was not your fault, but the responsibility to heal and move forward, is all yours. Understanding this is the first step toward empowerment and true healing). You do not have to do that alone. I'm trained to hold space for you, and to guide you through the process of transformation on a subconscious level.

Have questions?

I’m new to this. How do I know which facial to book in for?

If this is your first time having a facial with me, I highly recommend “That Glo” facial. This is 60 minutes in length, and a good amount of time to have a skin analysis, customized facial as well as receive recommendations for at home skin care.

Ok cool, now how do I get an appointment?

Please visit the online booking tab above. You will be taken you to a very user friendly site. Here you will first choose the service you wish, and it will give you available times. No need to make an account!

What products do you use in your facials?

I currently use a combination of Province Apothecary and Moor Spa products. They are both Canadian brands which is important to me, and both are free from any unnecessary chemical ingredients.

What is your cancelation policy?

Things happen! If you must cancel your appointment, please do so with 24 hours notice to avoid a fee.

If you must cancel within 24 hours, you have a few options:

1- Pay the invoice in full for the appointment you reserved

2- Find a friend to take your place for the same appointment you reserved. When choosing this option, please check with us first. Sometimes we have clients waiting on last minute cancellations who we will offer to first.

3- Purchase products totalling the dollar amount of the appointment you reserved (We love to help you shop!)

We always do our best to fill last minute cancellations and often have success when posting availability on Instagram stories. We want to avoid charging fees as much as you do.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with the cancellation policy.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

If this is your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to complete intake paperwork and get settled in the space.

If you have been here before, a few minutes early is sufficient.

We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we strive to accommodate all of our clients efficiently, arriving too early may interfere with our ability to attend to other clients or complete important tasks. Arriving within the 15-minute window allows us to ensure that you receive our undivided attention and prompt service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our clients.

Do you sell gift certificates?

No, we do not currently offer gift certificates. At You Glo, we prioritize maintaining a schedule that ensures each of our clients receives the utmost attention and care during their appointments. As our schedule is almost consistently full, we believe it wouldn't be ethical to sell gift certificates at this time. We understand the frustration that can come with difficulty in securing appointments, and we want to ensure that everyone who visits us has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Instead of offering gift certificates, we encourage you to explore other thoughtful gift options for your loved ones. Thank you for understanding our commitment to providing exceptional service to each of our clients.
