I’m new to this. How do I know which facial to book in for?

If this is your first time having a facial with me, I highly recommend “That Glo” facial. This is 60 minutes in length, and a good amount of time to have a skin analysis, customized facial as well as receive recommendations for at home skin care.

Ok cool, now how do I get an appointment?

Please visit the online booking tab above. You will be taken you to a very user friendly site. Here you will first choose the service you wish, and it will give you available times. No need to make an account!

What products do you use in your facials?

I currently use a combination of Province Apothecary and Moor Spa products. They are both Canadian brands which is important to me, and both are free from any unnecessary chemical ingredients.

What is your cancelation policy?

Things happen! If you must cancel your appointment, please do so with 24 hours notice to avoid a fee.

If you must cancel within 24 hours, you have a few options:


1- Pay the invoice in full for the appointment you reserved


2- Find a friend to take your place for the same appointment you reserved. When choosing this option, please check with us first. Sometimes we have clients waiting on last minute cancellations who we will offer to first.


3- Purchase products totalling the dollar amount of the appointment you reserved (We love to help you shop!)


We always do our best to fill last minute cancellations and often have success when posting availability on Instagram stories. We want to avoid charging fees as much as you do.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

If this is your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to complete intake paperwork and get settled in the space.


If you have been here before, a few minutes early is sufficient.


We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we strive to accommodate all of our clients efficiently, arriving too early may interfere with our ability to attend to other clients or complete important tasks. Arriving within the 15-minute window allows us to ensure that you receive our undivided attention and prompt service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our clients.


Do you sell gift certificates?

No, we do not currently offer gift certificates. At You Glo, we prioritize maintaining a schedule that ensures each of our clients receives the utmost attention and care during their appointments. As our schedule is almost consistently full, we believe it wouldn't be ethical to sell gift certificates at this time. We understand the frustration that can come with difficulty in securing appointments, and we want to ensure that everyone who visits us has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Instead of offering gift certificates, we encourage you to explore other thoughtful gift options for your loved ones.
